Black Tie Beach [VIDEO]

Hundreds of people across several cities in the U.S. decided to dress up in black tie attire and hit the beach!

Improv Everywhere posted this video of hundreds of people at the beach in black tie attire. It is a planned day once every summer to dress up and have fun at the beach.

I'm not entirely sure if there's a purpose for this or not. I couldn't find any additional info on the event from their website. It seems to be set up just for some fun in the sun and to be a little different. This video was taken by the group at Coney Island in New York but their website mentioned it happened the same day Boston, Jacksonville, and a few other cities.

Maybe we should start something like this... We should all go skiing and snowboarding on the same mountain in our swimming attire! Or is that already a "thing"?
