As much as it pains me to say it, summer is nearly over. If you haven't made plans to buy your back to school supplies yet, you should definitely start planning on it. Here are some of the best places in Grand Junction to purchase your back to school supplies.

Target

Target always has good deals, and they always stock their supplies really well. It's located in the mesa mall, which means it's easily accessible, and it's also near several clothing stores in the mesa mall, so you can make it a one-stop shopping experience.

Wal Mart (Rimrock or North Ave)

Wal Mart is also a great choice for buying your back to school supplies. They always have a larger selection of supplies, and you can buy their back to school clothes, and lunch food items there as well.

Dollar Store

The Dollar Store is located in the Rimrock Shopping Center, by Wal Mart and Lowes. I would look for items such as pens, pencils, paper, erasers, crayons, colored pencils, and markers while at the Dollar Store. These are the items they are usually going to have the best deals on.

Big Lots is located off of North Avenue, in the Teller Arms Retail Center. Some of the supplies to look for here are notebooks, paper, pencils, backpacks, and lunch food items.

The Family Dollar is spread throughout the valley, one of the most popular locations is 30 rd and F rd. The Family Dollar is a great place to grab backpacks, pencils, pens, markers, erasers, glue, scissors and more. This is another great location for any of the classroom supplies.
